At Berum, we want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- You must provide your order number or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personal care, intimate, or hygiene-related products
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered
- Customized or personalized items
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@officialberum.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund depending on the situation.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be processing and can no longer be canceled.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported lost or stolen afterward. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We’ll still do our best to help you locate the package.
Chargebacks
If you have any issues with your order, please contact us first at support@officialberum.com before filing a chargeback. We’re happy to work with you to find a fair solution.
