Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays
  • Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume
  • Orders may be subject to additional verification before shipment

Shipping Times

We currently offer shipping with an estimated delivery time of 5–10 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Customs clearance, if applicable
  • High order volume or other unforeseen shipping disruptions

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you may receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow a short period of time for tracking information to update after the shipment has been created.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at support@officialberum.com.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed or processed. Berum is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Berum is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your package appears delayed, lost, or stalled in transit, please contact us at support@officialberum.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Double-check the shipping address provided at checkout
  • Check around your property, mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, or safe delivery location
  • Ask household members, neighbors, or building staff if they accepted the package
  • Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery details

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@officialberum.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and help resolve it.
